Application Process


Application Process

New and renewing applicants must complete and submit an application form along with required supporting documentation (refer to "Program Eligibility" section).

Applications are accepted throughout the school year however, it is strongly encouraged that they are received prior to the first day of school, when possible. Applications will not be accepted after July 31st of the year funding is being sought.

This means that in the case of an application for the 2024-2025 school year, it is strongly encouraged that it be submitted by June 30, 2024 and it will not be processed after July 31, 2024.

In cases where the student enrolls at the DSEPS/RSEPS after September 30th, the funding unit will be pro-rated based on the student's start date.

Please note that the DSEPS are private, independent schools and have their own internal application processes and timelines.  Consult their websites/office for more detailed information.
